CPA Email Submit Leads

I am looking for experienced providers that can generate quality sign-ups for my CPA offers. The offers will range from but are not limited to: - Email submits Please only bid if you are capable of generating 40+ leads per day and are willing to do a test of 20 leads before we hire you. I require a minimum of 50-1000 sign ups. these CPA campaigns work on a very limited time frame FOR THIS SPECIFIC PROJECT YOU ARE BIDDING TO PROVIDE 500 LEADS! I do need to know general information on how you generate traffic, however I do not need too many details. I require that the following rules be adhered to: - Unique Email and IP Addresses (currently US only) - NO duplicates, NO Fraudulent Signups, NO BlackHat, NO Craigslist Spamming! - No Proxy Servers are allowed - All signups MUST be REAL people! - No Incentivized traffic - Leads and IPS : 90% time USA and 10% UK,CAN,AUS - Each completed surveys MUST come form unique IP to qualify - NO Spam, AUTO Bots or softwares. Please quote "Willing to do 50 leads " to prove that you read the project details. You must never use any kind of software, bots, cookie cleaner or any kind of automation You Must be able to report/communicate every day (this is very important) Payments: I will not be paying you up front. I do apologize, but this is to ensure that the job is met fully. If it is, you will be paid, don't worry about that. Payments will be made twice a week on a performance base ($1 per lead. If you can get 1000 signups you get $1000) You MUST tell me how you plan on generating sign ups/leads. Before you are selected you must DO 2 days of trial work (50 offers) so we can determine if you're suitable and have experience in filling CPA surveys.
