Market and Promote My Affiliate Link

I need someone who is good at marketing and who has been successful at marketing, you can email market or any other kind of marketing that works. I realize there are very few honest marketers on freelancer that can do a great job, and know they can guarantee results because they have done so many times in the past, but I also realize the majority of marketers here cannot market or do newbie marketing ie simple marketing which does not work at all. Which is why my initial milestone will only be $25. This milestone will only be released AFTER I have 3 ACTIVE people under my affiliate link (active means they deposited). At the end of each week after the first milestone is released, I will release another $25 each week if at least 1 new active person comes under my affiliate link. After 4 weeks, we will then talk about an increase of the weekly milestones. Remember, do not bid on this project if you do not agree on the following; Step 1) A $25 milestone is made. Step 2) That $25 milestone will be released ONLY after 3 people who are under my affiliate account deposited. Step 3) Once per week I will release another $25 when 1 person joins and deposits under my affiliate account for the next 3 weeks. Step 4) After four $25 milestones have been released, we will speak about increasing the weekly milestones. Please only bid $25 as that is for the first milestone. When it is released I will make a second milestone.
