Raise hit and vote on certain website

I need someone to visit a certain page on a website and make a vote every visit. The target is to reach the vote number I set. You must reach 2.000 vote in 5 days. You must fill the captcha (reCaptcha) before vote and you can re-vote every 1 hour. So, you need proxy list that allows you to load captha (most proxy doesn't work with captcha). Please test your proxy ability to load recaptcha before bid! This is the first phase of project. If I satisfied, I would hire you for more same project for different pages.
