SEO on 2 oscommerce sites

I need someone with a proven SEO track record to get 2 new websites in top 5 position on google & yahoo under 2 different keywords (1 for each site). This will be used as a test project and when sucessfully completed we will want another 20 or so words/phrases included (will post as a private auction through RAC) ## Deliverables the websites in question are bil group cw dot eu (keyword: castors)? & bil group? mh dot eu (keyword: sack trucks). I need a cost to get the sites in top 5 (google, yahoo). A cost to keep them there. A detailed description of the work you will do to achieve this. And a time scale that the work will be completed. I will only expect to pay based on results - however once you can prove to me that you can complete the project sucessfully then I would be happy to commit to a monthly fee etc...
