This is a proof-of-concept app. It should be written in SWIFT. It would: 1) Capture images from the rear camera in real time 2) Look for grey areas in the photo (e.g., where R,G,B values are all within a given amount of each other) 3) Apply a simple function to transform the greys into colors (a set of R,G,B curves) 4) Display the modified image on the iPad screen 5) Need a slider on the screen that the user can move around to change the function used in 3) Steps 1-4 need to happen in real time. No frills needed right now (e.g., no splash screen, no need to save the images generated, etc.)

Hello, I have a good background in real time video and image processing on iOS. Couple of questions: 1. Can I use any computer vision library or do you need everything implemented from scratch ? 2. Do you have the criteria by each we detect the "grey areas" ? I mean the range of differences between the R, G, B that will define an area as "grey". 2.
