iPad app with interactive features

Have a very simple project that I believe can be done in 2 to 3 days. We have an text based iPad app that we want to add the following features to make it more interactive: 1. Ability to add app content to Facebook page 2. Ability to add tweets of app content to twitter 3. Add a very engaging quiz feature to engage user and encourage user to come back to app again and again 4. Ability to post app content into emails 5. Go to page for a section of the app Only serious experienced developers please. We are very time conscious, so please only bid if you can do it in a timely fashion.
