I have 9 years experience in JAVA, J2EE, WebServices, REST Services, SOA and ready to work on this project

I am a service now consultant with 3.4+ years of experience . I can do both admin and developer tasks.

My ServiceNow experience covers working on a two very complicated Global solutions for large IT Outsourcing services company, using MSP and Domain Separation plugins, managing regional admins and in-house and ServiceNow developers. I have exposure to the ServiceNow SDLC lifecycle modules, discovery, testing, defect management, managing update sets between dev/test/dev instances. Data administration, migrating, preparation, loading (ETL), preparing load templates and transform maps for ongoing data loading and updates. Service Catalog configuration for self-service ie Service Requests/ Incidents/Knowledge etc with the development of catalog items/request items/tasks and the associated workflows, Record producers etc. I am currently employed (11 years to date) but wish to work on a smaller project that I can put all my skills to use and stretch myself, with a view to either more online work or a move to consultancy. I am resourceful, able and love a challenge, I also recognize being stretched is an opportunity to grow. Saying that I am not afraid to ask for guidance as needed or to identify where my knowledge gaps in the application would be more reliable and efficiently performed by a colleague.
