Algorithm to get the preferred concept

: The purpose of this project is to code the best algorithm to identify the most preferred terms from the clinical terminology ontology. First of all, in English description of the clinical diagnosis, each word may have many clinical terms associated with it. By finding all the associated terms for all the words, you can identify all the terms containing one or more words. An appropriate algorithm is needed to find the best possible terms and partial matched terms.
