Modify and enchance an existing java project-reopened

We have a program that is written in Java language and we will like to have it modified so that it looks more professional. The program currently is issuing invoices and credit invoices along with keeping customer records. Modifications include connecting the program to a database (right now uses only files), include the customer assets, balance, end of day transactions, modify the invoice template and whetever is necessary to make it a complete accounting-point of sales program that is easy to use. In addition, a code generator (anti-theft) is also required. Winning party will get all the requirements written down, but any comments are also welcome. If the programmer has knowledge on accounting it will be consider a big plus. We can also accept offers to implement the project in other programming languages, provided that the sucessful bidder will give us an installation file (that's also valid in Java language) The complete project must be provided with full source code (including comments) and installation file along with a simple documentation/manual. There are many more projects to come and definately we would prefer to have them done with the same personm so give your best try! Feel free to ask any questions.
