This project is intended to process the image will be either taken from the webcam or already existed image in computer of various format eg: jpg, png, gif, jpeg and converting it in to various picture mode like gray, black & white, sepia, invert etc. This project demonstrates how to develop a simple application for image processing using Marvin. Marvin is a java based Framework which can be used to manipulate multimedia files. This project will have a user-interface in which we will have different buttons for different shades, when we click buttons image will be converted into respective shades.
