MATLAB to JAVA

I'm a phd student of machine learning and have done a lot of matlab coding for my research projects. I'm also very fluent in Java. I'll be using Apache commons math library (or jmath and jplot) for this. This attached matlab code doesn't have any complex linear algebra in it. So there will be little use of the library anyways. Please send me the full code to take a look and see if it uses anything else that needs a better java library for implementation.

Hello, expert in Matlab and Java programming. If your code is similar with the attached one it can be converted to Java. The tricky parts are the ones related to plotting figures, Java doesn't have something similar with Matlab (you can plot functions using Java2d but it is cumbersome). Can I use some other java math library such as Apache Commons Math library? Maybe converting total matrix code to java has some time, especially in matrix calculation.
