one page website landing page

We need 3 very well designed one page landing pages with basic text boxes for customer to enter basic contact info for us to call them back. The sites must be structured so we can change the graphic layout and text fairly easily as our offer changes each month. Also, the site must be SEO friendly in its design and layout. The site will need to have nice graphics and pictures plus the text of the offer. We are marketing to cable customers who are paying too much and may want to switch to Satellite TV for their home. We will provide the offer content and legal text at the bottom. the offer will be similiar to the offer at the site below. We of course need to capture the customer data and have it saved or stored or emailed in excel or Sql database or whatever is recommended to manage this sort of marketing efficiently with an ongoing followup call and or email marketing campaign. an example of one of the more simple landing pages used in the past is [login to view URL] , we want these 3 to be more attention grabbing however, but this gives an idea of what was used previously.
