IP Camera Windows Desktop Client

We have IP Camera from china with client SDK in C++ & P2P api to connect camera. Need a developer who can create fully functional desktop client with MOTION DETECTION and video stream recording using C++ or C#. Developer can test device remotly via Team viewer or Remote Desktop Connection. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. EU Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
