Index documents, query and produce intersection on the documents using Apache Lucene/ Solr

1. Index the two docs below using Lucene/Solr. First doc has all North American Industry codes and Product Codes in an Excel (NAIC). Second document is a sample regulation. 2. Query"Brokering and dealing services" and "Private placement services for securities" on the command line to see the results from the regulation. Search result can include the phrase plus one line above and one line below from the regulations. 3. Produce an intersection of the two docs - meaning (a) If any 'product' or 'industry' from the NAICs codes list shows up in the regulation, display that as search result. (b) Also for any products found, show the industries that the product sits under, and sub-products that sit under that product. (c) Similarly, for any 'industry' found, show the sub-industries and products / sub-products that sit under them.
