As a starting assumption, it will be considered that the organization in which the tool's user guide is going to be provided is in the initial phases of implementation (advanced features of PSP or TSP should not be included, only use templates PSP0 to PSP1 .1) and that the guide should include both the instructions for theteam leader(project manager) as well as forteam members(project engineers).
