We are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer. You should have good experience working on RoR projects and JavaScript experience too. Ruby obviously is very important and you need to understand ruby AND rails not just the rails framework thoroughly. Good communication skills are a must too. We are looking at hiring somebody immediately to work on our project either on an hourly basis or on a monthly basis.
