319128 need site fixed and updated

Hello,  I have an e-commerce site that needs some adjustments.  I need to make sure the shopping cart is setup correctly with paypal.  And would like a little more creativity on the homepage with the graphic design.  I like sites like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] also need traffic driven to the site to drive sales....any ideas or suggestions?  Willing to setup some terms with a commission structure built in for you to generate residual income as well.
