Fix Website and some custom javascript and change design

my website : [login to view URL] whats needed: 1) the html forms changed so the text inside the form are even with the design of the form vertically aligned and when you click on the html form the text dissapears when the curser is on it , just need it to work like the form on the drop down on the search bar on the main menu, but the form on the search bar needs to be changed to be better vertically aligned then the same design will get added to the forms on the my account drop down area 2) along with #3 i also need the content on the left and right sides of the website to be even the text and images like "there is currently... text" and chat rage banner and who is online and chat rage news and bioprotege gif at the bottom all match equally on the left side, same with the right side of the website, they seem to be a little out of alignment on the left and right sides of the template. the left side seems to have a space on it, it does not go on the side of the browser as it should. 3) when i decrease the width of the website on the browser window i get horazontal scroll bars showing up and there is no content being squished and idk why but i want thoes horazontal scroll bars to only appear if im shrnking the width of the browser beyond the width of the website itself. ithas to do with the javascript or something, this is where the website fix come in, i want it proper and everything 4) the applets on the index page they seem to go infront of the floating menu that detaches when you scroll down and also they are infront of the sub menu aswell id like by default all content in the area to be behind the floating menu and nav bar like the text. 5) i need the shadow on the bottom of the sub menu and the detachable floating menu to be gone, any shadow on the bottom needs to be gone along with that i need the text in the submenu to be aligned center, right now it seems to be aligned with space tage, need it just anigned center inside the menu itself 6) the very bottom of the site where the pic that says bioprotege inc i need the social icons moved up on the same line and then the dropdown will just have the text show up, alsong with that the drop down on it does not work right, its fucked up need it fixed to be smooth like all the other drop downs on the site 7) i need a new script made so that when who is on now, and chat rage news, and the dropdown for bioprotege inc is on any page but index, its set to default closed, right now when i go to any page but index it starts open and then closes, that will not do, i need it to be closed by default instead of start opwen and close, its an annoying effect to go to all the pages but index page and watch the dropdowns start open and close upon loading 8) and finally: i need the index page cut into div areas and what i mean is, like php forums, i need a header, content, and footer type cut hwere everything ontop ofn the content is the header and everything below the content is the footer so if i need to add lets say a nav bar link, i dont have to edit 500 pages, just the header page where the nav bar will be located what i need like point says everything above/below the content area which i have shown below on the index page needs to be in the include so to summerize the index pages and all the other pages should look like this: <?php include"includes/[login to view URL]"; ?> <?php include"Content/Main_Content/[login to view URL]"; ?> <?php include"includes/[login to view URL]"; ?>
