Build a drag/drop image generator

Hi there, I propose to develop this tool from scratch. I would code it in JavaScript. Adding new elements would be easy, and you wouldn't need a help of a programmer to add new elements, or change the cost for any of them. All elements would be defined in a JSON file, or XML or any other format you feel the most comfortable editing. The tool would be responsive, easy to use by the end user. When they click the "Order" button and fill out their info the app would send you an email containing the user info, the cost, and an image of the scene the user has put together, optionally it can contain a list of each element and their positions. Ready to start as soon as awarded, and should need no more than 4 days to develop it in full. I would share a link to test the progress on each milestone created. I am fine with all milestones being released once the work is done in full. The code would be clean and commented, easy to extend with new features if you ever want to. Regards, Julijan
