I need JavaScript and HTML page that I can use to quiz people on 4 questions in a game like scenario. The user will be referencing paper puzzles to come up with the correct answers to the 4 questions, and then answering them in the screens/JS that you design. Three of the questions are static with a static answer. In one of the questions, the answer depends on the time that you answer the question, and the color of an object on the screen. See the attached PDF for a more detailed spec and screen shot mock ups.

Hello, I'm a ReactJS and JavaScript expert. I've read through your specification and can produce the static screens and the dynamic "hat" screens for you in 3 days. My approach will be to use React for the UI, have a simple Redux based backend where you can edit the answers in a JSON file (apart from the "hats" screen which will be hard coded) and using webpack/npm to build. If you want to change the answers it will be a simple matter of changing the JSON solution file and running a couple of NPM commands. In the past I've made full screen kiosks by starting Chrome in kiosk mode, this used to be possible by starting it from the command line with the '-kiosk' flag. I'll also look to disable common keystrokes through JavaScript event trapping. I'm ready to start immediately and can turn deliver the quiz to you very rapidly. I look forward to hearing from you.
