Fully integration of Vbulletin + Joomla

Hello, I use Joomla 1.5 (use JRevies and Joomlart template). Need to make fully integration of Vbulletin and joomla both users and template shuld be the same. New Forums and Blogs should be showed in mainpage of joomla where joomlart template is used and and users can either login in main page or in Vbulletin forum with same results. JFusion is already installed. I need a login field shown on tp of page like in Joomlart and when you click on it you get a popup with login fields. Duration of that job should take 1-2 days only. Budget for job 30-40 Thanks.
