Joomla site development - repost 2

At a glance: Joomla site development/integration - CB, K2, Geocode Factory, Kunena, Dwolla and other custom elements. NOTE: I had posted this project months ago, initially. The freelancer I awarded the job to delayed, made excuses, and had constant technical difficulties. I did my best to be accomodating and understanding, but a 10-day bid took more than 100 days before communication simply ceased. Because of this, I would like to have a specific timeline for each of the features requested below, and while I may be slightly lenient, I will need this to be done in a very timely manner. I am already months behind on this project! Second note: This website will will be a community based around adult content. If this is not something you are comfortable with, be forewarned! Now, I had the skeleton of a website, including a Joomla 2.5 installation using RocketTheme's RT_Camber template - others are installed, and even more RT templates available; it is the style I liked at the time, but I am now looking at others and planning on moving to Joomla 3. Additionally, several Rok plugins, JCK, Community Builder, CB Subs (GPL), K2, Geocode Factory with CB plugin, and Kunena Forums. I would like Dwolla as the payment gateway - this can either be a custom payment integration for CBSubs, or use an alternate (and compatible with CB) subscription/payment service. All plugins mentioned above requiring purchase or subscription have already been paid for. Additional plugins may be required; I am looking at several live chat systems among other possible additions - but those are not integral to this project (but could mean another project for you in the near future). I need someone familiar with most or all of these components to assist with integrating them into a cohesive community website. The final functionality desired for this site is something which is attainable with little (if any) 'hacking' of plugin functionality - but it is something I have been unable to devote enough time to, and which may be beyond my meager skills even if I had the time to devote. As noted above, the site will contain adult content, and some details Will require further clarification, beyond my notes added below... so please contact me.
