URGENT - Joomla finish new design to apply on existing website + responsive design

Hi, URGENT project : to begin now and finish THIS WEEK-END every 4 hours you must give us progress, if not, we abort project, we are very strict Mission : A developper have begin applying new design (we provided psd) on an existing joomla wesbite BUT problem, he didn't finish, design is not exactly like psd, he forget pages, and he forget RESPONSIVE DESIGN So you must finish the job IMPORTANT : 1) We do not provide psd for responsive design, you make your self each block width flexible to adapt in width 2) This is a TEMPLATING project, you must be HIGH EXPERT in html and css Thanks Thanks
