List of large IT companies by state in the USA

I need to find a list (with e-mail addresses) of medium to large IT companies - or related - in the Great Lakes Area in the United States (states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Dakota and South Dakota) as well as in three Canadian provinces (Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Ontario). I ONLY need the list. I don't need the email blasts or html design. Feel free to PM me for additional information.
