SCORM 1.2 Video Content Processing on Adobe Captivate 2017

Hi, I had looked in your attached file. I have a question on this, Do you need VIDEO development OR you need courses development using Captivate 2017. Good day, I am an expert in elearning with over 18 years of experience that includes but not limited to instructional design, course development, LMS's, video production and many other advanced skills. I also have experience on Adobe Captivate since version 1, that's before 14 years ago, I do work on Captivate 2017 and even Captivate 2019 which has a modified structure. For SCORM itself, I worked on it before 16 years when it was manually created, so I do understand the SCORM structure completely. I have read the instructions image you have attached, I do agree with every point in it. For the cost and timing, it is not possible to give you accurate numbers as there are not enough details of the courses content and the size of courses, but if they are video based and the videos are ready, they will be pretty much fast, but let me know more details like specific details about courses, videos, texts, quizzes & etc. so I can provide accurate numbers. Of course, courses/modules should be less than an hour, practically about 45 minutes maximum. I can start very soon, kindly consider me in this job. In addition, I have been developing Captivate activities for the past five years including quizzes, interactive content, and videos. With me, I bring a team of award-winning designers in our field permitting thorough user-testing as well as LMS testing with our own access to Canvas, Blackboard, and Moodle. We are all Mac users, but also have PC's so we can run the necessary testing between both possible systems your users may have at hand.
