Hi Folks, I am looking for assistance in setting up the following system. 1. Secure Linux cloud VPS (probably running centos6_X64) 2. Setup and Configure OTRS helpdesk system. Additional Add ons [login to view URL] 3. I don't require all features to be configured however important ones like SMTP mailflow, Certificates, Cron jobs. 4. Hello, I have been working as a Linux system administrator over 10 years and have honestly great experience with server setup,configuration,troubleshooting etc. tasks. I have previously installed helpdesk and ticketing systems like kayoka, odesk, otrs on Linux servers. I can professionally and quickly setup Linux VPS, configure it for best performance and security (although you mentioned that it is already setup and configured for the purpose) and then can setup, configure OTRS accordingly. Additionally i can create backup scripts on server so to provide required backups for the software and its components (apache, mysql etc.).
