Please give me the name of the site. There are many tools for this type of debugging, EyeWitness is a good one. Is there logs? Am I allowed to turn on logs? Am I allowed to edit Apache configuration? Is the site on a CMS such as wordpress? I would be happy to talk for a minute on the phone if you want and I am sure I can resolve your issue.
