Need a College Society website made

I need a website designed based off a basic .psd mockup I created. The website is for a College science society. As I will not maintain the website forever (it will be passed on), ease of editing the site is a high priority. Please view the attached, VERY basic Photoshop mockup to see the basic site 'idea'. ------ Here is what I need. EACH Page will have the following: - Navigation bar to the left; - Logo on top I need the following pages created: 1. Basic page with 1 column centered under the logo, AND the 'box' in the .psd mockup should be editable. Text and images should be able to be typed in there, and the box should grow in size (ONLY LENGTHWISE) to fit more content. I also need the ability to remove the box completely, so there is only a 1, center column page with no box. 2. A 2 column page with a growing divider line in the middle 3. A 3 column page with 2 growing divider lines in the middle. The dividing lines should always be the same length as each other. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Unlike my last project, to make this site as easy to edit as possible, I think I would like to use a fixed width. I need your advice on the best width to use. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- I would like to use the same button navigation system as before. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- EXTRA/A PLUS IF YOU CAN DO THIS: In the one column page with the editable text box, do you have a script for scroling news items? Linkable scrolling news items would be best. You can get the script from a free script resource, I do not need original code. ## Deliverables The faster this project can be completed the better; 2 weeks max is ideal.
