Retouch or recreate existing logo

Retouch, enhance, sharpen, correct and increase resolution of existing logo to allow use in larger applications including webpage use but also large applications like banners, automobile signs, and any other application. Size needs to be increased large enough to eliminate degradation in such applications as mentioned above. Also small dots can be seen at bottom of logo we would like to remove these or at minimum have them blended better. Prefer tif & jpeg format as this is the most usable for what type of things I will be using the logo for. We are also open to samples for other suggestions, edits, mods or changes to the existing logo and are also open to reviewing a completely new logo should the existing one not be fixable. We have also considered adding the words " Vending Services" into the logo to be turquoise in color. We are a company that provides soda & snack vending products & machines to clients. We are into asian culture, buddhism, zen and the like hence the name of the business "Zenvend"
