Experienced working in java and Minecraft mod&plugin development for over 3 years and still very active, since I specialize in Minecraft Development only at the moment. I think I can help you make the additions you need to Railcraft, I'm familiar with the mod and modified quite a few other large mods in the past (Blockbuster 1.12.2, Create in the latest version and much more).
