I have excellent, in depth knowledge of all Mac OSX versions and the software with them. We solely use Macs in our company, and I provide support to all of these devices. From this, I have built up a set of techniques to resolve almost any issue that arises with the software. In terms of cleaning your computer, I can advise where the main issues could lie, and advise you on appropriate steps to take. No action would be taken without your consent, e.g. no deleting programs or documents without explaining why first. No personal files would be touched.
To connect to your computer, I would install the logmein program; this would require you registering for a free account and installing the software, and subsequently providing me with the login details.
I myself also use MAMP to test out my websites, and can provide support for this software.
