Manufacture a Product for me

Project: Create a small pulse sensor that can count heart rate when someone is running using IR LED and accelerometer. Should cancel out motion noise from signal. Skills Requires: Circuit design, Create and test finished circuit product, Source to manufacturing to build circuit, Micro-code. Non-negotiable requirements: >Completed circuit should be delivered in 5-7 days >Preferred to have a Flex/curved circuit with 1cmx2cm >Straight circuit should be 1cmx1cm >The actual finished circuit with working components should be shipped as final product, including all electrical drawings upon completion >US residents preferred, much sign NDA agreement prior to interview and start of project.
