Matlab work in telecommunication

I have to write thesis that compare lorawan and sigfox technologies, I would have help by someone who has previous experience with those technologies to do this comparison through any simulator like matlab or any other software, I would know which factors am I able to compare and the limits of this comparison, I hope to have direct chat to discuss the details. I will write master thesis, it's title,sigfox vs lorawan managed and unmanaged reliability, this the initial title but in general I need to compare between these two technologies as much factors and parameters as possible like  Collision, packet error rate and spectrum under different values of the number of IoT devices.  Compare bandwidth of both sigfox and lora.  Compare area wide range of both.  Compare the type of data transmission.  Symmetric or asymmetric link between these two.  Applications of both.  Power efficiency comparison.  Better Interface avoidance of both. But not only these, since you have the experience you can suggest me or add some good or delete some of them if not needed. I want you give me suggestion since you have the experience I give you an overview just. I have seen that matalab support simulation for lorawan but I am not sure about sigfox does matlab support that also and how will that be since they are so similar technologies. Deliverables: The most important part to be done by you or your team is to provide me with the experimental part, codes, results and report explaining the content in details to make understandable for me.
