Metatrader 4 Indicator

Hi, I'm interested in getting a quote on a Metatrader 4 indicator I'm looking to have coded. Essentially, the indicator scans two different indicators, measures inter-bar deltas, and produces metrics based on the quotients of those indicator deltas. The indicator would scan each price bar w/ a checkdown list of 4 engageable opportunities, in descending priority, and produce a signal in the indicator window of the highest signaled priority opp. I've already articulated all of the definitions and logic for the opps/patterns/etc. There are also inputs for greater delta patterns to retain scalability. Graphically, the indicator window would produce a single, trisected bar w/ different hues for three individual trading opp components. I hope this provides a general idea of the indicator. As stated previously, I've already produced essentially all of the definitions/logic and am simply looking for translation to MetaTrader4 language.
