Need to Fix a Current Metatrader 4 EA

I have an EA that is paired with an indicator to take signals from. The EA however, is not taking signals from the indicator as required. Need someone who can fix this issue. Rules are simple: When arrow appears from Indicator, enter trade at current price. Exit trade on established stop loss. Problem: I need the EA to enter trades regardless if whether an actual signal "alerts". Every time an arrow appears, I need the EA to enter the trade. Period. This is different from the alert actually going off.
