For Windows CE based platform the apps should be programmed using .NETCF 2.0 either C# or VB.NET. I need to know if the device requires the SDK for accessing the barcode scanner device such as what Motorola Symbol device. Also what connection you will require for connecting to database server: WiFi, Bluetooth, or Craddle dock?
