I want a simple android app, it should use rear camera to get user's heartbeat and open a website passing this value with GET. The app should have 2 tabs, 1st to read the heartbeat and a button to sent the value via GET, and the second tab should have a web browser with the website. When send the value to website it have to do it transparently, not changing tabs, neither changing the web page opened in second tab. Feel free to ask
