I'm looking for someone to build an Android application that can do conference calls between the native android dialer and other voice calls applications. Below is an example of what this application should do: - Mobile user A makes a GSM call to user B using native Android dialer - Mobile user A makes a Skype call to user C - Mobile user A uses this application to merge those 2 calls within a single conference call and control the different call legs This application should be able to: - Handle the call hold/resume/merge for the different conference call phases - Merge calls from different applications, ex: Android native dialer, Skype, Viber, Tango, Line - Merging outgoing calls made, and merging active calls with incoming calls from the different voice applications - Merge the voice calls locally on the mobile phone and not on an external conference server
