native andrdoid app for taxi booking

Dear bidder, This is first part of proposed native android app for booking taxi. Please bid only if you have experience in building native android apps. We are looking for a taxi booking app with following features. we will have two interface depending on weather he is driver or traveler. In case of traveler the user should be able to register mobile number, put details like phone number, home and office (through google profile) and photo. where user wants to go somewhere, he will choose a destination, once chosen the destination it will show pick me now option at bottom. Once he clicks it will show the list of drivers around. he picks up the driver based on taken-to-reach, rate per km, vehicle type and driver rating (priority with be given to higher rating if within 10 km). when driver accepts it, user can see the phone numbers, call him and see his current location. he need to cancel it with reason if he want to ask another driver. In case of driver The use should be register mobile number using android, get details from profile including photo. Feed your vehicle and rates details. Get alert if user wants to pick up the customer right now. The user alert will show the route details like distance. when accepted it should show the phone number. Record the accepted request with status (active/cancelled/completed with rating out of 10 by user). the driver app will show a qr for a trip. traveler need to scan it to confirm successful visit.
