Smartphone Conference Call

Requirements: - droid support (iphone and blackberry extra bonus) - user registration function, verify email then save to a SugarCRM database - login and lost password function - user search function, a initiating user can keyword search fields on the database and show details of matching users - request callback from a selected user - setup a conference call between the initiating user and the user selected - send selected user a callback email if not available - user can choose to use either the mobile phone or any registered phone for communication - log call details on phone and to the SugarCRM database - choose and integrate a suitable VoIP service or PBX (AstLinux?) - web pages to query the VoIP and SugarCRM database Application must be completely functional including descent art work.
