voip calls to my indian number

This is my research project, and the project is very simple i need to have 2 fields 1. text box (where i enter my indian mobile number) 2. text area (where i enter a list of random indian mobile numbers) once i do that and click ok, i should get spoofed calls from the random numbers that i have entered. how ever i will not pick any calls, i will need to demonstrate it, as My paper is on DDOS attacks from spoofed numbers. Please bid only if u understood my requierment, and the project needs to be completed by 12 hrs max. Please be mindful , My budget is very low as i am a student myself.
