I need to have an app developer work to my instructions in designing an app that analysis a conversation that is monitored via ipad/ iphone . Technology that will recognise different voices will be needed but not content. There needs to be a small playback sample to identify each voice. The conversation will then be broken down into relative volumes and speaking times of each speaker. A consecutive speaking time limit may be nominated with an alarm option it the speaker speaks longer than nominated. Rough working screens are provided but graphics will need to be completed by the freelancer.
