iPhone App for guesthouse

Synopsis This is a free App to be used to promote my client's business. It will have a combination of RSS for article, images, videos and report feeds, ability to read from Photos library, Facebook integration, check list manager and web booking form. Description The App will be universal (iPhone/pod and iPad) on portrait and landscape. All required elements such as Feeds and images will be provided. The App will have a splash screen, will use custom navigation rather than tab buttons. Its purpose is to promote the business and keep its users up-to-date with live data. Sections Home – Will be the first page seen after the default page containing buttons to another menu Game – Matching Pair game on 4 time interval. The scores should be saved to which they will provide prizes/ Should allow user to pick pictures from camera roll and add them to the game. Contact us – Simple view with three tabs, contact details again from xml with, a URL to the booking form which should open in a webview, and another URL to "why book with us" to open in a webview Facilities - Will be read from an xml feed, a possibility of at least one image and a description. Settings – Settings to control sound, auto downloading, reset score, download now. Articles – Will be read from XML feeds text and images Gallery - Will be read from XML feeds text and images GuestHouse – This will comprise of three tabs, all from XML feeds text and images. Gite (Long spiel about the GuestHouse), Prices, and picture gallery DartBoard - Will be read from XML feeds text and images with category searching. This will require entry of username and password or Facebook login Trips – Trips section allow user to enter the date of when they are due to arrive with a countdown, a simple to-do-list for their trip (with add, edit and delete option). Also will need a section to allow the user to take picture and link them to that trip. General Info By default, background music should be on Sound effects (i.e. button click sounds) should be on Automatic download of xml should be on Badge display of unread articles, on by default XML With all XML feeds, data should be stored into a sqlite database. On start up, the App should check for newly added content and should start downloading, this will include images listed which should be stored into the documents or cache folder. Check for updates should occur once every 24hours from your last download. ALL xml feeds will have a date value of when an item is created so when the url is called only data since last update will be queried and returned to update the sqlite App Database. URL Example ([login to view URL]:mm) Image Galleries When displaying the image gallery the thumbnails should be obtained from the provided link, if one is not available then the main image should be shrinked to be used as the thumbnail. Images should should be held in cache for an hour before being cleared. I have an App that does already built, i'll be happy to share to save on time. Where ever a user action something which requires internet connectivity (i.e. update now button via settings, looking at images or facebook etc), a reachability check should be made and user should be notified on any failure. There needs to be an option to backup the data to user's iTunes. I'm looking for someone who can demonstrate they have done similar tasks.
