Iphone App - very simple. mobile website

I am in need of an application that users can open that links directly to a mobile website. As an example (not the actual topic) - Every week I have 10 new puppies for sale. I will have access to the website (which the winning bidder of this project does not have to create) and update the list every week. If the person opens the app it will show the updated list (as seen on the website). PM for further details if needed. I cant see this project taking some of you freelancers more than a day or 2! 10% payment up front 40% payment when I test 1 beta version 50% payment when completed and uploaded/accepted to the apple store.
