Supplier search iphone app

I am looking for an experienced iPhone app developer to create a supplier app. There will be several pages but navigational based. Homepage will have 2 buttons, one of those functional, the other with a "coming soon" banner across it. 2nd tier will select area, this will be based for Ireland so 2 drop down menus, 'Province' and 'County' 3rd tier will have sectors (number of sectors TBD but expect to be between 10 & 20) 4th tier will be the providers (This will require require content from remote web servers) I want the ability to add and remove suppliers and also have the ability to give 'priority' listings where certain suppliers can go to the top of the search results. So ideally a template where I fill the required information out and can add it onto the page. With regards to design and images, I can provide them if needed but would like you to state in your response how much it would be extra if you were to do it. I would like you to give me examples of similar work and timeframes etc. I would also appreciate contributions from yourself in terms of best practice ideas etc. Please ask away with any questions, but to prove you have read this entire description, please put "Willy Wonka" at the top of your response.
