Write an iPhone application

Looking for a team or individual developer who can convert my words into an app. Must reply within 24 hours of my email and send daily code, status and estimated time left to finish, must be available and focussed to only my work, please do not bid if you are oen of those loaded with lots of project and delay project or can't handle properly. When we press home and power button at once no matter what screen you are it takes a picture of screen, similarly I want an app that can record screen or voice or both at once happening in phone. You will create first wireframe, I will tell you if anything needs to be added or edited or removed, then you will create psd design and once this is also approved then you will code and will go through all the process with me to publish it.
