General information for the app: Simple support and query Kind of development: New app from scratch number of web pages/modules: 4-5 screens Description of every page/module: 1) Login Page ​​ This is the first page of our app. User can login to the app by entering his proper user credentials. 2) Landing Page This is the landing page after the user login to the application. Here, user can select from the menus for particular queries or complaints related to transmission, connections, channel query, payment or packages provided by Operator. 3) No Transmission After the user has selected No transmission menu, the screen displayed on his device is shown here. User can describe his problem in detail and send a complaint to the company. And he gets an immediate response from the team of Operator. 4) Bad Transmission Same as defined in previous module, here the user can give details about receiving bad transmission for his connection and can get the problem solved as soon as possible. 5) New Connection If a user wants a new connection, he has to follow just 3 simple steps. First, he orders for the connection and providing detail information about self, then, he can make the installation of the connection at his own convenience, and at last, he can make subscription to the package of his choice. 6) Paid channel query If customer has any complain and if he wants to direct to the customer service, he can just enter his complains details here and gets an instant replay by dialing the toll free number. 7) Packages Here the user can select from a number of packages available as per customer choice and budget. He can modify the package as per his requirement also. We will provide you: 1. Design 2. Images 3. Contents 4. Database. We will be developing the Web App for the same. Mobile app should synchronizes with​ ​ web app.​ Please let me know the time for the development.
