Android & IOS e-learning app with backend using app ui kit

I need this learning app uk kit made into a working IOS and android e-learning app with backend [login to view URL] If you can do this using wordpress with a learning plugin (like learnpress) or other easy readymade way for the e-learning work in the app then please put that in your proposal The app will be used as follows - learners will login - learners will see courses assigned to them and complete them - learners can browse and search for open training text or videos to read and view - learner will be able to take quizes or tests - learners will be able to see scores and transcript of what they have completed I don't need hand made coding from scratch as I need this done asap- so if there are things the readymade code/script cannot do then its fine For backend I need to be able to - register/add users - remove users - add learning categories and courses - add videos and training documents for learners to read - add quiz/tests I will provide the edume-e-learning-app-mobile-ui-kit to the bidder and if there are any other tools/code they need to make this easy then I can buy them Finally I need documentation on how I can edit the uk kit to change look and feel and administer the backend and host the videos/content
