Covert XIB to Main.Storyboard and UI Design

[login to view URL] is using .xib. Please convert it to storyboard. I need all the control to be shown on the storyboard so I can change it up later myself by drag and drop. Also it needs to be compatiable with ipad since it's using storyboard. Also I need to have UI Design. I already have a sample for it. Please checkout this url. Only the first page need to design.
