an android app where: -people can submit their name & phone (this will be into my database) -after that they can choose what channel to join (interest) or become admin and create a channel -if they create channel they will have the option to create a name of the channel and username for that channel -they get updates on their mobile from admin of the channel MUST BE popped out on their mobile phone -each only can get to join maximum 3 channel -only get updates from admin maximum 2 times each month -nice clean design -mobile friendly -when they browsing for a channel to join, they can also see how many people are already subscribed in a channel PS: it has to be 100% working, done in 7 days, otherwise i will ask for dispute/refund
